OGM was established in early 2007 with the aim of providing HVAC devices , ELV cables and power cables served for commercial/ residential / retail /tenant/home automation/factory buildings .
The HVAC devices are involved with flow meter , energy meter, COP analyzer , gas sensors , specialist sensors ,valve & actuator and power analyzer. We have a wide range of product from Siemens HVAC product, Schneider SmartStruxure Lite, MSR & Armstrong, Telasia, Vector and PEWC. All these products are widely adopted in MVAC, hospital, pharmaceutical factory, commercial and residential building projects.
ELV cables are own manufactured with” Megalink “ brand name over 10 years experiences. It is suitable for wide range building systems as home intelligent system, building management system, CCTV system ,CADB system, security system, data information system, audio & Video system and public address system etc . All cables are under quality product supply with ISO 9001:2008 standard, IEC standard for LSHF cables and UL listed manufacturing approval for PVC cables
HPAC as our strategic partner is provided the latest technology to develop the peripheral devices as energy meter/flow meter with bluetooth function to maintenance and regular inspection through the mobile phone apps, COP analyzer for measuring and trend of the chiller performance with energy audit requirement.
